Fanny Africa Designer (“Fanny”, “we”, “us”) designs bespoke luxury journeys across Africa. These terms apply when you use this website or begin a planning conversation with us.
Every journey is tailor-made. A proposal, itinerary or estimate shared with you is an invitation to collaborate — not a binding offer until both parties confirm in writing, including fees, scope and travel dates.
Fanny’s design fee covers itinerary creation, sourcing and concierge coordination. Lodges, flights, permits, guides and other suppliers are usually paid directly to those providers, or as otherwise agreed in writing. We will be clear about what is included before you commit.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, valid passports and visas, travel insurance, and medical advice suited to your itinerary. We can guide you — but final compliance rests with you.
Travel is living work. Supplier terms, weather and local conditions may require adjustments. Cancellation or change policies for lodges and services follow each provider’s rules; Fanny’s design fee terms will be confirmed in your engagement note.

We design with care and work with trusted partners. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control — including supplier performance, force majeure, or decisions you make while travelling — beyond what applicable law requires.
